What is hydrogenated water?

Also known as hydrogen-rich or hydrogen-infused water, hydrogenated water uses a process called electrolysis to add extra hydrogen molecules into it.

While water naturally contains oxygen and hydrogen, once combined in the water molecule our bodies cannot utilise hydrogen separately. By infusing additional hydrogen atoms into the water, we not only are able to absorb more nutrients but access a number of other benefits.

How do hydrogen water bottles work?

Hydrogen is infused into the water by the simple click of a button. This action delivers hydrogen directly into the water, enriching the water in a little under 3 mins.

Our SPE/PEM technology also acts as a barrier, allowing only hydrogen ions to pass through and providing double filtration. This removes further impurities and the need for further purification.

  • Can I use hot water in my HydroZen Water hydrogenated water bottle?

    While we use tempered, medical-grade glass, increasing our bottle’s strength and thermal shock resistance, hot water should not be used. We recommend normal room temperature, tap or distilled water only.
